Job Summary:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer I (QE) to join the team at our Nashua Material Consolidation Point Facility in Nashua, New Hampshire.

This position is an onsite role in Nashua, NH

What You Will Do:

• Inspect procured materials for various Land & Air Defense System programs for count and condition, compliance to purchase order quality requirements as well as Raytheon drawings, specification, and accuracy of incoming documentation.

• Identify Non-Conforming Material at inspection for proper disposition.

• Perform DD250 Sell-Off to Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

• Ensure facility compliance to all Procedures and Work Instructions.

• Perform inspection of materials from Raytheon and Non-Raytheon locations on various programs for count and condition and accuracy of incoming documentation.

• Verify outgoing shipments meet contractual packaging requirements and accuracy of outbound shipping documentation.

• Ensure program compliance with all applicable Raytheon policies and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with SAP and/or PRISM

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualification we prefer:

• Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) experience

• Prior experience with hardware inspection and validation

• Previous experience working with AS9100 and/or ISO9001 Quality Management System

• Previous experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA)

• Ability to read and follow prints, drawings, and industry specifications

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
