Manager - Master Data Governance & Product Lifecycle Management

Here’s the Gist:

• This role will be responsible for leading the enterprise-wide master data management program and team. This includes defining the strategy, policies, standards, and procedures for managing critical master data domains across the company. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with master data management methodologies, data governance frameworks and data quality management.
• This role will report to the Director of Master Data Management & Supply Chain Analytics and play a pivotal role in building and implementing our master data management program. This role will be a fully remote position with occasional travel requirements.

The Day-to-Day:

• Develop and implement the enterprise master data management strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business priorities
• Lead the master data governance process including policy creation, issue resolution, and change management
• Oversee master data quality efforts through profiling, monitoring, remediation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business SMEs to harmonize master data definitions, rules, and hierarchies
• Provide thought leadership and evangelize MDM capabilities and best practices across the enterprise
• Manage the master data management team including staff development, workload planning, and performance management

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• 5+ years leading professional level employees
• 5+ years of experience in the master data domain
• Strong understanding of MDM methodologies, data modeling, data governance, and data quality management
• Track record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing guidance on strategies and implementing best practices
• Expertise with master data domains such as product, customer, supplier, location, etc.
• Experience with MDM tools & technologies (e.g. SAP MDG)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in Semiconductor or High-Tech Manufacturing
• Self-Starter, Clear Communicator & Adaptable
