Senior Product Marketing Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for new products and innovation efforts and provides focused support for our Growth and Innovation Division. In this role, you will support our work in new and emerging areas by analyzing industry and customer insights to provide strategic counsel on key objectives and initiatives, including growth opportunities and market opportunity analyses. You'll oversee marketing inputs to product development and enhancement projects, and design and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product launches and feature updates, in close collaboration with our Product Management and Customer Success teams. You will also champion and support the NBME brand, creating plans to demonstrate our leadership and capabilities within the assessment and medical education community.
This role has been designated as primarily remote, meaning it requires little to no onsite attendance. While this role can be designated as remote, you are offered the flexibility to select if you prefer to work primarily remotely, hybrid, or onsite. We're open to considering candidates within 50 miles of our office location in Philadelphia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze market, competitor and customer trends to identify actionable insights
- Provide support and counsel to innovation teams, including pricing and profitability analysis, market sizing, competitor analysis and the development of product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Aid division in making informed "go/no-go" decisions
- Collaborate with the finance team to generate forecasts and budgets for revenue and customer acquisition
- Develop strategic and tactical go-to-market plans, inclusive of audience targets, value proposition, claims/feature pairs, messaging, campaign strategies, tactics, timelines and budgets
- Work closely with Product Management and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth execution of go-to-market planning and activities
- Leverage our brand vision and value proposition to reinforce our position as an industry thought leader
- Champion the principles of brand management; inform and align the organization around the brand's direction, strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal and external agency resources to create marketing and communications campaigns and collateral

- Communicate marketing strategies and vision to executive leadership teams and other internal brand stakeholders.
- Provide marketing counsel along all phases of the innovation process including opportunity analysis and go-to-market strategies.
- Champion the "Voice of the Customer" and work closely with the market research team to drive actionable insights.
- Effectively communicate brand strategies and goals to ensure value from external creative agencies; manage internal and external teams in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with our strategic direction.
- Conduct market and situational analyses and develop annual strategic plans.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to maintain a high-level of professionalism while under stress and deadlines. <
