Senior Project Manager

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite<p></p><p></p><p>The growing Advanced Operations team in the new manufacturing site in Skawina is looking for a Senior Project Manager, to lead the innovative projects, bringing in latest products and technical solutions.</p><h1></h1><h1><b>What you will do:</b></h1><ul><li><p>Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.</p></li><li><p>Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments.</p></li><li><p>Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines.</p></li><li><p>Understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals, and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What do you need:</b></h1><ul><li><h1>Degree in engineering</h1></li><li><p>Proven depth of work experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment</p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge of English and Polish</p></li><li><p>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment</p></li><li><p>PMP or equivalent preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
