Operational Support Lead

Description

The Operational Support Lead serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all matters related to the Central Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) and OPFOR operations, within the scope of the KDAM ATARS contract Performance Work Statement (PWS). This role ensures seamless coordination across multiple teams and units, including the 58th Special Operations Wing (SOW) flying units, the 58th Operations Support Squadron (OSS) Current Operations, the 58th Training Support Squadron, K & I Services, and AOCE. 

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Provides the customer with a single point of contact on all matters involving the Central Scheduling Enterprise (CSE) and OPFOR operations. Coordinates on all matters within the scope of the KDAM ATARS contract Performance Work Statement (PWS). 
• Directs in all matter regarding operational procedures, responsibilities, and coordination actions between the 58 SOW flying units, 58 OSS Current Ops, 58 Training Support Squadron, K & I Services and AOCE. 
• Aligns and maintains standard operational scheduling practices throughout the 58 SOW. 
• Supervises all Training Support Analysist personal in direct support of operational scheduling including 58th SOW flying units and 58th OSS Current Ops. 
• Assures Training Support Analysist are trained IAW GTIMS scheduling guidelines, proficient in 58 OGI 21-104 58 OSS Current Ops instruction, 58th SOW flying units’ Current Operations procedures, and knowledgeable in KDAM ATARS contract Performance Work Statement (PWS). 
• Offers analysis for recommendation to Program Flying Training (PFT) capability and forecasting.
• Attends operational scheduling meetings throughout the 58th SOW. Confirms the Training Support Analysist attend all required CSE meetings and ensures their 58th SOW flying unit requests are being met.
• Amplify communications between the 58 SOW flying units, 58 Training Support Squadron, K & I Services, and AOCE by ensuring GUT availability, Continuation Training (CT), Student BIT/Stickshakers, Aerial Delivery (AD) support and any other 58th SOW organization.
