Job Summary:
As a key member of the Hospitality Senior Leadership Team, the Maintenance Manager leads all property maintenance operations across Heavenly Hospitality, ensuring safety, asset protection, and exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees a team responsible for both condo units and common areas, requiring strategic planning, financial oversight, and strong leadership.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $77,049.10 - $94,584.77 + annual bonus
- Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all maintenance operations across resort properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Own and manage preventative maintenance programs and capital projects, including facility upgrades and innovations.
- Oversee financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, payroll, purchasing, and revenue generation from homeowner unit maintenance.
- Manage work orders, parts procurement, and billing processes.
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure coverage, productivity, and adherence to policies and safety standards.
- Foster a safe, high-performing work environment through training, communication, and regular team meetings.
- Develop leadership capabilities within the team and promote company core values.
- Ensure compliance with all municipal, state, and federal regulations, including life safety systems and certifications.
- Engage with guests and homeowners professionally, addressing feedback and ensuring service excellence.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives, best practice groups, and resort events.
- Deliver the “Experience of a Lifetime” to staff, guests, and homeowners.

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in property management with leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance operations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
