Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Sandy Springs, Georgia | Two Positions Available
We are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing ABA therapy team in Sandy Springs, GA. We have two openings — one full-time and one contract — offering flexibility to match your career goals and schedule.
Position 1 — Full-Time BCBA
- Caseload: 8–12 clients
- Billable Hours: 25–30 hours per week
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary: Up to $95,000 annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000 quarterly, based on performance
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Telehealth: Up to 2 days per week
- Saturday Coverage: Up to 2 Saturdays/month (8-hour shifts) to support patient needs
Position 2 — Contract BCBA
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week
- Billable Hours: 20–25 hours per week
- RBT Oversight: Management of 4–8 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Billable Rate: Starting at $60.00/hour
- Non-Billable Rate: Starting at $50.00/hour
- Compensation Note: Rates are negotiable based on skill level and experience
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active or eligible for Georgia LBA licensure
- Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA caseloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records (CentralReach preferred)
- Familiarity with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS preferred
