• project management in relation to the introduction of new products into production and the introduction of changes in series production;
• overseeing the project / change schedule from the planning stage through approval to implementation;
• communication with the client regarding the implementation of the project / changes in serial production;
• organizing regular project meetings with an interdisciplinary team inside and outside the organization
• monitoring and reporting the financial results of the project;
• reporting on project progress inside and outside the organization (up to board level)
• managing the prototyping process within assigned projects.

What we expect from you:

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Engineering/Project management related experience is needed to tackle the daily challenges and being to be able to read a technical drawing is important

𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Communication with local functions in the native language is mandatory
𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: The daily job requires us to communicate with colleagues all around the Globe
𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: We are building a team where we can rely on and support each other, this is key for our success

MS Office skills (incl. MS Project) (if you don’t have this we can teach you this)

Experience of presenting and submit reports / summaries to senior management
