We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Optimization Manager to bridge the gap between our Sales Planning & Strategy initiatives and their successful execution across our global sales organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless workflows, consistent policy implementation, and optimal efficiency across Regional Operations, Deal Operations, and various cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, Compensation, Enablement, Systems, BP&A, HR, and Legal.

As the Global Sales Process & Strategy Manager, you will be the linchpin in driving operational excellence by owning and refining critical sales policies, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring global consistency. You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales organization by translating strategic plans into actionable processes and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership & Optimization:
    • Design, document, and implement efficient sales workflows across the entire sales lifecycle, including BDR>AE and AE>CSM transitions, minimizing friction and maximizing productivity.
    • Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure consistency in sales processes across all geographic regions.
  • Policy Management & Implementation:
    • Own and manage critical sales policies (e.g., ROEs, Dispute Resolution, Rep Credit Overrides, Holdovers), ensuring clarity and compliance.
    • Develop and implement policies for new strategy rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
    • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on policy interpretation and application.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary liaison between Sales Planning & Strategy and other departments, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Partners, Customer Success, and other teams to align processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with Compensation, Enablement, Systems, BP&A, HR, and Legal to ensure policy and process alignment.
  • Global Sales Execution:
    • Understand the end-to-end workflows of sales representatives across the globe.
    • Design, communicate, and implement new processes to support sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and policies, making adjustments as needed.
    • Implement and manage change management related to process changes.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes and policies.
    • Develop and deliver established and comprehensive processes for sales teams to optimize workflows.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Some sales and success roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:$152,000$228,000 USD
