Being a Day Program Assistant Supervisor has its Advantages

As an Assistant Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:

The Day Program Assistant Supervisor:

* Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of the ISP process.  

* Assists the Supervisor with maintenance of daily attendance, hours worked and individual productivity.

* Supports planning for community participation supports outings

 

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living and promoting growth in the areas of functional skills, personal needs, communication, and personal adjustment.

 

Payrate: $18.75/hr

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience: One of more years experience in direct care preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. One or more years experience is perferred but not required
