Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Contractor Field Team Manager  to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Emerado, North Dakota or, Palmdale, California.   This position is fully onsite with no remote work available.

In this role you will be responsible for managing CONUS/OCONUS operations for the CFT (Contractor Field Team) performing field repairs on RQ-4B Global Hawk, RQ-4C Triton and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) platforms. Responsible for the setup, hiring and implementation of the contractor field team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing repairs, modifications and TCTO incorporations on the RQ-4B Global Hawk and RQ-4C platforms.
  • Provide direction, leadership and coordination to the CFT team while providing the highest degree of quality control, adherence to company procedures and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and provide daily status to the respective customers and leadership as to progress of repairs or TCTO incorporations. 
  • May provide onsite training and/or support of customer personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, and 5 years of experience in a technical field, or a Master’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in a technical field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD SECRET clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge and experience in complex composite repairs, structural repairs and possess electrical skillsets preferred.
  • Previous or current experience working on the Global Hawk or Triton Programs.
  • Position requires both domestic and international fielded aircraft locations.
  • Must be able to acquire a US passport.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $194,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
