YOUR ROLE

As a Dental Recruiter, you will play a critical role in enhancing Enable Dental's team by finding and attracting top dental talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ultimately ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full cycle recruiting process to build a dynamic and committed workforce.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or dental fields
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within Dental recruiting

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday; with availablity in all 3 time zones.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates effectively
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with social media, job boards, and other online platforms for sourcing candidates

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel occasionally for career fairs and recruitment events
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in the recruitment process
• Passion for building a team that delivers high-quality dental care
