Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Cyber Software Intern. In this role, you will:
-Support software engineers with software related projects
-Brainstorm with others on innovative ideas for new projects
-Debug and troubleshoot existing and current software projects.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in:
-Software Development and coding in a general purpose programming language such as (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby)
Optional as Required: Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Must be local to Denver, CO.
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Masters or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, or related technical field.
Experience in Software Development and coding in a general purpose programming language such as (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby)
Desired skills
Expertise in one or more of the following Operating Systems: Linux, Unix, Mac, Windows, Android, iOS.
Hands-on experience developing software using Configuration Management Tools (e.g., Git, SVN, TFS).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Genuine interest in new technologies.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Proficient in Cyber security.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
