We are looking for a hands-on customer experience professional to join our Madrid office as a Customer Success Coordinator  to work closely with our customers

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of a 5-7 Accounts Managers team, where the goals are:
  • Owning the adoption journey of your customer portfolio (after the onboarding phase)
  • Being the customer's trusted product advisor and business consultant - advising them on how to create their ideal processes with the tool to optimise their value-add
  • Collaborate across teams with different internal stakeholders such as product management, services & solutions, marketing, customer support, etc... to improve the entire customer experience
  • Cultivating key customers to become advocates of Hotmart
  • Manage day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with our customers
  • Do everything in your power to prevent customers from leaving Hotmart through measuring health scores, and product/ feature adoption - and acting proactively on those

• You are empathic. You have a strong ability to feel how others are doing. You are also able to communicate in a very empathic way and touch people’s emotions
• You are the person who always wants to improve - everything. It can always be optimised, and done just a little bit better - every time

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Customer Support role,.Relevant courses / training desired but not required.
• Commercially oriented, strong analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Fluent in English (a part of mandatory Spanish). Portuguese would be nice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for building strong customer relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
