Job Description *

Technology Analyst Program – Software Engineering

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period.  Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech! 

What does a successful Technology Analyst-Software Engineering do?  

We are looking for proactive analysts to join our team! This track within the Technology Analyst Program will give you the opportunity to work with a team of software engineers to design, develop, and operationalize exciting features. You will ensure the completeness and quality of the underlying is aligned with the organizational strategy, while complying with best practices.

What you will do: 

• Interface with FTS from a development team standpoint in support of the Tech Refresh project

• Help resolved security vulnerabilities

• Streamlining application backlogs

• Participate in weekly agile call and provide status updates

• Ability to articulate in writing and verbally

What you will need to have: 

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering
• 3.0+ GPA 
• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship  

What would be great to have:  

• Familiarity with Java; HTML/CSS; JavaScript; Angular; React
• Application/Software development experience either through internships or course work. 
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
