The Executive Assistant is experienced in all standard secretarial tasks. They work in a very large and complex organization where substantial interests are at stake, and can impact the entire Philips company or a large proportion of it.
Your role:
Performs all standard supporting tasks for a department and executive (Exec. assistant).
Agenda Management
Mail screen incoming and outgoing mail, processing and priorities
Organizing (and hosting) meetings, events, (video) conferences, Web casts
Creating draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes/ powerpoints
Managing office supplies
Archive management
On-/Off boarding (including organization of farewells)
Develop travel plans travel arrangements (incl visa) and related expenses
Remain knowledgeable of corporate policies
Dealing with sensitive, complex and highly confidential information
You're the right fit if:
You’ve have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, including supporting their team
Your skills include knowledge of policies and procedures, MS Office, completing purchase orders, ordering office supplies
You have a associates or bachelor's degree
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a self-starter with the ability to work independently; attention to detail; the ability to multi-task, strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $32.42 to $55.57, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
