Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering either small end-to-end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.

Email Platform Manager: 

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the Global Banking email platform, ensuring stability, compliance, and execution of the platform roadmap. 

  • Partners across Marketing, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable solutions aligned with SPI and bank standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage platform operations, including system health, issue resolution, and user support Execute platform roadmap and enhancements aligned to business priorities 

  • Ensure adherence to SPI processes, controls, and governance standards 

  • Lead delivery of platform initiatives (requirements, development, testing, deployment) 

  • Coordinate across Marketing, Technology, and Operations stakeholders Support change management including training, communication, and adoption 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in email marketing and digital channel management

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Knowledge of risk, controls, and governance in a regulated environment

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
