Financial Advisory Senior Assistant

<p>We wish to appoint a Senior Assistant, in our Financial Advisory team, in our office in Athens.</p><p>Our Financial Advisory team is client oriented, providing Financial Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, Business Plans, Debt Restructuring, Valuation and Forensic Investigations services.</p><p>The candidate will work in a professional environment with strong team spirit, participating in interesting and challenging projects and developing self into a highly qualified professional.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Analyze financial and other information</li> <li>Identify key value drivers and trends</li> <li>Identify and present potential risks</li> <li>Prepare and review benchmarking and market analysis</li> <li>Draft forecasts and projected financial statements through models</li> <li>Participate in preparing debt restructuring models</li> <li>Assist in reporting to clients and authorities</li> <li>Supervise and develop team members </li> <li>Ensuring the team adheres to Forvis Mazars’ quality control procedures</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering</li> <li>3-5 years of working experience in financial advisory and/or audit</li> <li>Previous experience in business plans, IBR, debt restructuring, due diligence projects is an asset</li> <li>Strong numerical and IT skills</li> <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details</li> <li>Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English</li> <li>ACCA, FMVA or other qualifications in progress will be considered as a plus</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package</li> <li>Private insurance</li> <li>Flexible working scheme</li> <li>Continuous training and career development opportunities</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>About Forvis Mazars</strong></p><p>Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
