Manager, Warehouse - Reseller and Direct to Consumer Shipping

Position Summary:

The Reseller and Direct-to-Customer Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment operations within the Marucci Geismar Distribution Center. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of reseller and e-commerce customer orders, efficient outbound logistics, and smooth coordination across warehouse teams to support overall distribution goals.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order fulfillment for reseller accounts and direct-to-customer channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service-level requirements.
• Manage packing, labeling, and shipping process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate outbound logistics to align schedules and resolve shipping issues.
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to support reseller requirements and resolve order-related inquiries.
• Monitor outbound order flow and communicate with operations/planning teams to anticipate workload needs.
• Ensure efficient slotting and picking processes to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Supervise and support warehouse associates across assigned areas, promoting a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Train team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and order fulfillment procedures.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in implementing warehouse technologies and process enhancements.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Strong knowledge of reseller and direct-to-customer order fulfillment practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and outbound logistics. 
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse technology platforms.
• A working knowledge of ERP system is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a distribution warehouse environment. 2+ years of leading/managing a team.
