We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Programmer/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CMM machines to ensure that our medical devices meet strict quality and dimensional standards. This role is crucial to our quality assurance process, ensuring that products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Strong understanding of GD&T, Blueprint Reading, and CAD/CAM software.
- 3+ Years Manufacturing Inspection experience (Medical device industry preferred)
- 2+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator (Zeiss and Hexagon CMM exp. a plus)
- Proficient in CMM programming software (Calypso and PC-DMIS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
· CMM Programming & Operation: Program and operate CMM equipment, specifically Zeiss and Hexagon machines, to inspect precision medical device components for conformance with engineering specifications, CAD models, and quality standards.
· Setup and Calibration: Perform initial setups and calibrations on CMM machines, ensuring accurate measurements for each job.
· Troubleshooting & Adjustments: Identify issues in programming or machine operation and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and accuracy.
· Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality and Engineering teams to improve inspection processes and ensure product consistency and reliability.
· Quality Inspection: Conduct inspection and measurements using CMM and other precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, vision systems) to verify component quality.
