Job Description
We're seeking a tech-savvy Marketing & Operations Assistant to play a crucial role in our digital transformation and growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, managing both our coaching business infrastructure and upcoming e-commerce venture. You'll be instrumental in streamlining operations,implementing digital solutions, and ensuring smooth integration across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize WIX website content and functionality
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Ensure proper integration between digital platforms (Link Tree, calendar systems)
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and task reminders
- Handle routine website updates and content modifications
- Support with personal and professional task organization
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail- Proven experience with WIX platform and website management is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platform integrations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
