What You'll Do
- Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress.
- You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines.
- You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed.
- You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions.
- You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice.
What You Bring
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) or similar Behavior Intervention certification.
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors.
- A valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and insurance.
- Current CPR or BLS certification - we can provide you with resources to complete this.
- Recent TB Clearance - we can provide you with resources to complete this.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
