HR Administrator

Magnus Metal HR is expanding and looking for a new talent to join the HR team!

We are seeking an HR specialist to support the employee lifecycle processes, HR administration and office operations. This role will offer the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and growth within a dynamic start-up environment.

Reports to: HR Manager

Job precentage: 80%

Location - industrial Park Revadim

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage onboarding process of new employees, while working closely with managers and different stakeholders in the company: scheduling, opertional aspects & documentation, plan and executing training programs.
• Support employees in different HR operation and documentation internally and externally with key vendors
• Support termination processes. 

1. HR Administration:

• Assist in managing HR documentation and tracking while working closely with HR suppliers across various domains (i.e., accounting, insurance).

1. Employee Engagement & Office Operations:

• Plan, lead and execute welfare and employee engagement activities (e.g., holidays and specials events. gifts, happy hours).
• Act as a backup for the Office Manager, handling office-related issues in their absence.

1. HR Cross Company Projects Support:

• Work closely with the HR manager on executing cross company projects (e.g, performance evaluations, engagement surveys).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, operation and welfare in global Statups.
• Detailed oriented, Highly orginized. 
• Fast learner and independent.
• Initiator, self-driven, highly independent
• Planner and executor
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in IT systems (office, Google forms - must, Monday - advantage).
• Fluent english
