The Service Concierge is a crucial point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at the service center. This role encompasses greeting clients, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, administrative tasks, and facilitating smooth service operations. 

The Role

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences for Lucid Motors clients. 
• Greet clients, handle phone calls, address inquiries, and take messages. 
• Coordinate client appointments and manage scheduling. 
• Maintain top-notch organization and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 
• Handle administrative duties and uphold professionalism. 
• Collaborate closely with the service team and maintain a cohesive workflow. 
• Perform valet duties and assist with alternate transportation arrangements. 
• Embrace a passion for sustainable transportation and automotive innovation. 

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED   
• Driver’s License with clean driving record  
• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Commitment to providing world-class customer experiences. 
• Effective scheduling and multitasking abilities. 
• Team collaboration skills.
