Job Summary

 

We are currently looking for production workers on our day shift. Your main responsibilities will be the following:

 

• Blend, bag and palletize sand
• Operate and supervise the production machines to ensure it runs continuously and smoothly
• Ensure the process is respected and that the quality of the finish products meets the requirements
• Drive a forklift on a need basis (driver’s license and forklift certification)
• Keep the work environment clean and do the housekeeping of the plant
• All other tasks are assigned

 

Requirements / Education / Experience
 

• Able to work with autonomy and organized
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds bags, do repetitive manual work, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• Sense of initiative and dynamic person
• Team player and committed/engaged
• Manufacturing experience is a definite asset

 

Compensation 

 

• Pay - $16/hr based on experience 
• Work schedule : 40 hrs/week (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm)
