Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to work from May – December 2025. In this role, you will assist the product development engineer through all stages of product development which include aiding the development of new products, redesigned products, and special design requests. Another key part of this role is providing technical support for lab and test facility operations assisting the engineering team to create test setups and collect data to be used for new product development projects. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with laboratory testing operations which include the setup, test, and data collection of various life cycle testing, refrigeration performance, and efficiency testing of Greenheck products.

• Assist engineering team with the startup and commissioning of the new lab and test facility on the Greenheck Tulsa campus.

• Interpret test data, write technical reports, and communicate results to engineering team. 

• Help to create new product CAD drawings, 3D models and documentation needed for new product launches.

• Assist engineering with prototyping new product designs and providing feedback regarding designs. 

• Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement projects. 

What You Should Have:

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program. 

• On track to graduate in the next 3 years or less. 

• Ability to act and make decisions independently 

• CAD experience preferred (AutoDesk, Solid Works, Inventor)

While participating in a Greenheck Group college program position, you will:

• Interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students)

• Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.

• Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.

• Participate in Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders. 

• Have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering.

Compensation & Benefits

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.
