With Wizard, a parent can text their shopping list and Wizard will curate the best match for that parent. 

The Role

We are looking for team members to help bring the customer experience to life. You will interact with our customers via text, helping them find and purchase exactly what they are looking for.

• Developing a strong understanding of our target customers to help them make relevant purchases
• Assessing customer requests and making product recommendations that will meet customer requirements and expectations
• Staying in the know on the market and conducting online research to continuously improve and be up to date on the latest trends and seasonal items
• Achieve sales and quality goals
• Provide top-notch customer service

You

• Have 2-5 years experience in retail as a sales associates, customer service rep, or personal shopper
• A keen eye for detail with ability to anticipate a shopper’s needs based on profile data and what you know about their preferences.
• Knowledge and experience with children’s merchandise
• Confidence and ability to make decisions under time constraints
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Can work weekend, after-hours, or non-traditional work schedule
• Can work some holidays

Schedule Options (Pacific Time):

• Sunday - Thursday (Sunday 9:30am - 5:30pm and Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm)
• Tuesday - Saturday (Tuesday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm and Friday & Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm)

Compensation: $25 per hour
