You will work closely with the Accounting &amp; Finance departments as well as the HQ Finance Managers. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial standards and play a crucial role in the success of our company. Join our team now!</p> <h3>Role Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li>Lead the transition of financial reporting from HGB to US GAAP.</li><li>Improve the company's financial reporting structure.</li><li>Establish and manage cost centers to enhance financial oversight and accountability.</li><li>Work closely with a team of three accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives during the merger process to integrate financial systems and practices.</li><li>Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Taxation.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in controlling, with in-depth knowledge of both HGB and US GAAP.</li><li>Proven experience in leading a team of accountants.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in German and English.</li></ul>
