Project Coordinator
In your role as Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our multidisciplinary design projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, product leads, engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project deliverables are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be critical in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities are:
- Coordinating project activities, resources, and information to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Tracking project progress, including monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assisting in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Identifying and addressing project issues and risks, escalating them to the project manager or product lead as needed.
- Supporting the project team in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Reviewing project timesheets and invoices for accuracy.
Skill and Experience
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
- Have the legal right to work within the role's country, such as citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa
- A relevant qualification from a reputable education organisation (e.g. in Business Administration or Project Management)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project coordination role
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Favourable Skills and Experience
- Project coordination in a product development environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
Location
Our Denver office is located in Golden. We provide workplace flexibility by allowing staff to work from home for part of the week.
