Supply and Demand Planner

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be able to use your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless balance between supply and demand. You will be responsible for demand planning, supply planning, and data analysis to support our business objectives.

Based at our Gothenburg office, you will report to the Supply Chain Director and collaborate closely with colleagues from different parts of the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand plan from sales forecast to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise shortages.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer service, Finance and Operations to align supply plans with business goals.
• Analyse sales data, supply chain performance and production output to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage and optimize planning processes in ERP systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide insights through advanced data analysis.

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) or similar (e.g., YH) in Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Industry experience in Medtech or Pharma is highly valuable.
