USA Job Family Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive pricing programs and/or banking products and services for various lines of business to appropriately price based on risk, deposit, or credit goals while maintaining profitability. Continuously monitors the market and competitor strategies to ensure pricing is in line to provide consumers and/or clients a fair price while maintaining market share and/or deposit levels. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the pricing strategy changes from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards. USA Job Function Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive banking products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards. Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements: Identifies business opportunities and advance actionable strategies through to specific customer segments and loan types; present recommendations, and results to senior management. Coordinates activities with external vendors, and internal resources for development of digital strategies, website design and product positioning. Creates and expands marketing and sales support content library to support all product development, promotion and sales activities. Utilizes customer journey mapping techniques to assess customer needs and pain points. Analyzes key issues that affect the performance of each of our product lines and any ancillary products that affect card portfolio performance, and then creating actionable leads that translate to deepening member relationships in those areas. Creates and maintains data and reports necessary to manage the quantitative and qualitative performance goals established for products as well as reports to monitor trends, performance and return of campaigns and/or promotions conducted by our dept. Preparing ad-hoc reports and monthly recaps in a Word or PDF document, highlighting qualitative and quantitative trends. Examples include: Quarterly reporting and monthly production of board reports for leadership. Supports, processes, and leads responsibilities related to key activities, projects, and initiatives carried out within the department and organization. Participates in committees and work groups. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering, Business or equivalent Technical field.
