Compensation includes a base salary of $159,400.00 - $265,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are seeking a Director, Software Engineering to join our Product & Engineering leadership team. This position will identify solutions to daily challenges, inspire and lead our engineering development team, work closely with the other members of the Product & Engineering leadership team as well as key business stakeholders.

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Software Engineering to lead and manage our Dealer Operations software development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products and composed solutions, building and mentoring engineering teams, and aligning technical strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment in partnership with Product Management
Ensure the team adheres to industry best practices and standards.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Technical Strategy:
Define and implement a long-term technical vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Adopt appropriate technologies, tools, and standards to deliver quality in meeting business needs.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the software development landscape.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the company's software systems.
Collaboration:
Partner with Product Management peer to deliver on priorities for the Client Servicing Release Train.
Collaborate closely with product management, architecture , and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
