About the job

• Processing purchase invoices in efficient and timely manner
• Preparing internal controls
• Completing audit tasks
• Reconciling vendor accounts
• verifying aged items and discrepancies
• Responding to AP inquiries
• Gaining and sharing knowledge within the organization
• Participation in internal projects and initiative
• Updating desktop procedures and creating standard operating procedures

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Possibly bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
• Very good English skills and B2/C1 German
• MS Office and knowledge in SAP is a must
• Solid understanding of accounts payable principles
• Data entry skills along with a passion for working with numbers
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset, strong process orientation and a solution orientated work approach
