Healthcare Server

Job Summary:

Provides exceptional hospitality as a dining server in the Lenbrook Health Care Center. Creates an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with Lenbrook dining and current applicable federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and standards.

Essential functions of the job:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Understand and execute basic food handling skills.
• Greet residents and guests.
• Present menus.
• Communicate orders with kitchen.
• Learn/ know different types of medically warranted diets.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, organized working area.
• Perform the duties of 1 server per floor.
• Manage time well.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of fire safety and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.

Education and Physical requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push carts and lift trash bags.
• Ability to operate a fire extinguisher. 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:30am-7:00PM or 11am-7:30pm, must have weekend availability

Pay: $19.00
