Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Dealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requests
  • Ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
  • Accepting and entering customer orders
  • Scheduling orders for delivery/collection
  • Generating delivery/collection dockets and manifests
  • Liaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers
  • Completing deliveries & collections on system
  • Collecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasks
  • Monitoring and issuing of stock to backorders
  • Assigning calls to repair technicians
  • Monitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with technicians
  • Logging and managing PPM schedule for HSE equipment
  • Handle customer issues/complaints - logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issues
  • Logging, preparation and issuing quotations to HSE
  • Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
  • Experience in a busy warehouse environment would be ideal.
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • I.T. literate

  • Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines 

 

Other information:

  • Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
  • You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
