Responsibilities
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $81,700 - $165,100 per year plus bonus. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
We are currently seeking a Sales Process Manager that is responsible for ensuring overall sales readiness within their designated Community segment (Consumer or Small Business). The Manager will design and execute a development strategy that will ensure team members are properly trained and equipped for product sales and service effectiveness. The Manager will assess current sales readiness, identify development needs, and create training content. As an outcome, client relationship quality and productivity will increase as team members enhance their skills, confidence, and capability to effectively source and manage relationships.
Key Accountabilities
Development Strategy
- Identifies needs and develops plans for sales campaigns in collaboration with Community segments including Banking Centers, Small Business and Marketing to encourage intra-community partnership and accelerate performance
- Owns and optimizes the business sales lifecycle from lead generation through onboarding including ongoing enhancements to processes, programs, and certification for Community team members and Relationship Managers ensuring development milestones are met and performance levels increase
Content Design
- Develop sales training content to include participant and facilitator guides and train the trainer methodology specific to full sales lifecycle for applicable segment banking needs
- Creates content for live and/or on-demand workshops of varying topics based on need or in support of outbound calling initiatives, programs, or campaigns
Ensures Success
- Collaborates across Community segments, channels, and lines of business (Wealth, Commercial) and partners with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development, to ensure learning needs are met
- Manage relationships with vendors for sales training and sales tools specific to segment
- Cultivates strong relationships across lines of business and drives cross LOB referral generation and partnership

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years of financial industry experience preferred
