Financial Vendor Master Data Senior Associate

Your future tasks will be...

 

• Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets and VMD deadlines met
• Maintain Vendor (S4H/SAP) and Customer (S4H) Master Data as per defined standards
• Verify bank details for newly created vendors are correct and related to the new partner
• Understand the teams KPIs and reporting metrics to drive prioritisation of action
• Provide clear and supported documentation for backup and audit purposes
• Ensure that deadlines and stakeholder requirements are met
• Deliver VMD training on demand.

 

 

 You are an ideal candidate if...

 

• You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
• You have analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments and proactive problem-solving skills
• You are able to absorb and apply technical information.
• You have experience of relevant business systems (SAP / S4Hana) and in SSC processes
• You are able to prioritise your own workload
• You are able to provide good customer service
• You have good administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
• You have good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and are able to build relationships.
