We work as one team to reach our ambitious results.</p><p></p><p>We believe in empowering people, and we support this through sharing knowledge, delegating responsibility, and investing in people who strive to make a difference.</p><p></p><p>The VELUX Group offers exciting challenges, great opportunities of influencing your own development with competent and dedicated colleagues where commitment, courage and mutual respect are among the core values.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p><p>You will be reporting directly to Senior Manager, FPM Global Marketing, who is partnering up with the EVP for Global marketing.</p><p></p><p>In this role you will be working with key strategic areas within marketing,  to which you will become a key sparring partner supporting decision making with data-driven insights.</p><p></p><p>You will work closely together with the finance team in both head office and regions, as well as in close collaboration with the leadership team in marketing.</p><p></p><p>The key area we are requiting for is newly established, cross regional and of high strategic importance. This means there we be a lot of opportunity to truly drive impact.</p><p></p><p>More specifically, your primary tasks will be to :</p><ul><li>Partner with selected areas within Global Marketing to create transparency in financial performance and drive better decision-making</li><li>Optimise the monthly reporting for financial performance and share with stakeholders</li><li>Create, agree on and implement the right financial structures to support the above</li><li>Ensure cross regional alignment through stakeholder management</li><li>Collaborate on relevant business case calculations</li><li>Drive estimate and budget process for your area.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Who we are looking for</b></p><p>The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related field, combined with substantial experience from a similar role.</p><p></p><p>We picture you as having strong interest, a commercial mindset and experience within finance and performance management, coupled with an analytical mindset and the ability to build relationships and communicate with various stakeholders across the organisation.</p><p></p><p>You are passionate about making a difference and understand how to drive performance through insight, data-driven analysis, and strong cooperation with the rest of the business.</p><p></p><p>Furthermore,  you<b>:</b></p><ul><li>Take the initiative and are comfortable acting independently but within a strong collaborative team environment</li><li>Possess strong stakeholder management skills and are equally comfortable and effective in dialogue with stakeholders across all levels</li><li>Have excellent analytical problem-solving skills</li><li>Have knowledge working with financial data, ERPs, and reporting systems (VELUX uses SAP)</li><li>Will join a global and intercultural environment, which is why it is a prerequisite that you communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Appli
