Position: Weave Machine Operator ,3rd shift                                 Location:  Cedar Hill Plant

 

Job Description:

The Sr. Machine Weave Operator will be responsible for operating a set of weave machines. The Operator will run the machines, make quality checks, follow machine specifications, and make minor adjustments to keep the machine operating at an efficient level.

  

• Fill out and understand necessary paperwork in order complete assignments correctly.
• Ensure the right products are running at the right specifications.
• Work safely while operating the equipment.
• Work as a team with other operators and the flag technician.
• This position will report directly to the Team Leader and Sr. production Manager.

 

Job Requirements:

The Weave Machine Operator needs to be comfortable in performing and leading the following:

• Ability to learn how to operate the equipment in accordance with specific specifications.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Working knowledge of safety rules and strict adherence to all rules that govern Sr. Operators.
• Ability to key in codes that correspond to stop levels and quality issues.
• Must be able to pass a pulmonary test.
