SALARY RANGE

$ 34,760.00- $37,000.00 Annually                       $1,336.93 - $1,423.08 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This is an administrative position assisting the Monitoring and Licensing Supervisor in the oversight of the licensing team providing administrative support, researches and gathers data, prepares draft reports and correspondence, recommends and implements operational administrative systems, and interprets policy in order to provide guidance and assistance to further the achievement of the goals of the Region.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Collects and organizes operational data. • Provide oversite to ensuring licensing applications are received and processed in a timely manner according to licensing operation procedures and statues using current tracking systems including but not limited to Grid, iConnect, SharePoint, and Excel spreadsheets.

 

Collaborate with Monitor and Licensing Specialists to ensure licensing monitoring activities are completed on time and documentation is accurate, complete, and organized.

 

Provide oversite to ensuring timely remediation to licensing deficiencies by tracking dates that Notices of Non-Compliance are issued and dates that Plan of Corrective Actions are received by the region.

 

Maintain an up-to-date residential directory.

 

Enter new licensed facilities in Grid and ensure residential license information and credentials stay current and accurate in both iConnect and Grid.
