  • Partner with TRMs to cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with coverage partners and corporate clients in Energy & Power.
  • Leverage MUFG’s credit position and client relationships to identify cross-sell opportunities for treasury products.
  • Participate in annual account planning sessions, focusing on wallet share, competitive positioning, and strategies to grow cross-sell penetration.
  • Analyze complex treasury structures and create tailored proposals and pricing models for Energy & Power clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and detailed sales tracking for the portfolio.
  • Recommend exception pricing for large deals to the review committee and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to enhance existing offerings and identify new treasury solutions relevant to the Energy & Power industry.

20% Strategic Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for Energy & Power and Commercial Card Growth Organization.
  • Track and analyze pipeline trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Complete all mandatory compliance training and adhere to account opening and suspicious activity referral procedures.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business activities, working capital structure, liquidity strategy (net borrower vs. net investor), and propose competitive treasury management solutions.
