About the Role

This position supports IU Health Medical Group in the Metro Region by helping achieve operational priorities and monitor impact/goals. It involves analyzing opportunities, partnering with executives, and leading complex projects for business initiatives. Responsibilities include communicating progress, managing projects within scope, timeline, and budget, overseeing resources, ensuring quality, and building trust with business teams while addressing challenges.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment
