You’ll play a key role in shaping the data platform, optimising data flows, and enabling advanced analytics and reporting across the organisation. </p><p>You’ll take ownership of data solutions end to end, from modelling, transformation, monitoring, and documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business needs, while promoting best practices in data quality, performance, and governance. </p><p><strong>Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day </strong></p><ul> <li>Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and backend systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, while following best practices in data architecture, documentation, and governance to ensure quality and consistency. </li> <li>Integrate external data sources and connect disparate datasets to enable comprehensive analysis. </li> <li>Work within an agile environment to collaborate across product and business teams to analyse business requirements and align data solutions with organizational objectives. </li> <li>Investigate and resolve production issues while continuously improving processes. </li> </ul><p><strong>We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking </strong></p><ul> <li>At least six years of experience with SQL, Databases, and creating scalable data pipelines. </li> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. </li> <li>Experience integrating third-party APIs, with an understanding of RESTful APIs (AdTech APIs preferred). </li> <li>Working experience with Python, with the use of data manipulation and analysis libraries to support complex workflows. </li> <li>Proficiency with Spark and Databricks. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with data warehouse concepts, preparing data, and configuring automated workflows. </li> <li>Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. </li> </ul><p><strong>Skills That Would Make You Shine Even Brighter! </strong></p><ul> <li>You have AWS and Databricks certifications. </li> <li>You are familiar with Airflow or Dagster, or other orchestration tools. </li> <li>You had previous involvement with a fast-paced, results-based company. </li> </ul>
