Product Manager - Ads AI/Machine Learning Innovation

Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for Product Managers with expertise in ML-driven ranking systems and large-scale ad delivery, driving revenue growth and enhancing advertiser performance and user engagement through AI innovations.Product Manager - Ads AI/Machine Learning Innovation Responsibilities

• Is the primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities in a large Product area, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Define and execute strategies across the state-of-the-art (SOTA) ML domains. Translate breakthrough ML research into high-impact production systems.
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities. Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing multi-year strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies.
• Extensive product management experience within the AI/ML domain, with a proven track record of launching and managing complex ML-driven products.
• Demonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills, with the experience in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
• 10+ years Product Management Experience
• 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• BA or BS in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer focused technology company
• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
