About the role


Purpose of the Job
The Dedicated Fleet Support Program Manager is a high visibility/key role to the success of our customers and maximizing their UPTIME.  This high impact, strategic influencer will be responsible for personally building and managing relationships across PPD, Peterbilt, Kenworth, dealers and our most prominent fleets to drive fleet UPTIME and deliver a world class customer experience.  The Dedicated Fleet Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic, data driven improvements to reduce service time to repair, onboarding new fleets, cultivating relationships across PACCAR, dealers and customers and managing a team of high performing account managers.  This requires creative problem-solving skills in unique, fluid circumstances; facilitating service help when trucks are in the shop; resolving complex dealer and fleet requests; thinking outside the box while working in a fast paced, time sensitive environment; and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow dedicated fleet customer base & relationships to increase service & parts sales through proactive remote diagnostics services.
  • Along with Customer Experience Executive leadership develop & execute PACCAR Parts strategic plan to improve customer loyalty, deliver new service offerings, transform customer service into an inside sales team increasing parts & truck sales.
  • Lead a team of high performing account managers and foster an environment of teamwork, creative problem solving and going above and beyond to support our customers.
  • Present on strategic service initiatives, program status, and department metrics to PACCAR Parts Executive management.
  • Support strategic customers and dealers, resolving issues quickly, improving customer loyalty.  Make decisions on credits to support dealers & resolve issues.
  • Analyze parts and service issues, identify root cause and work with suppliers, product marketing, field service, division engineering and materials to resolve issues. 
  • Provide mentoring and guidance on six sigma and general work performance to improve employee performance, customer satisfaction, sales and supplier performance.


 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required (MBA desired)
  • Five to seven years of relevant work experience 
  • Proven leadership experience.

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $106,300 - $150,260 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
