Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
In-Home Caregiver Opportunity – Weekend & Evening Shifts Available
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are eager to make a meaningful difference.
Schedule• Available Shifts: Saturday and Sunday all day (9:30 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:30 to 10:00 PM).  Tuesday 4:30 to 10:00 PM.  Wednesday 4:30 to 7:00 PM.
Pay• $20/hour – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Worker (PCW)• $30/hour – Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities• Provide total assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)• Transfers in/out of bed using a patient lift/Hoyer• Personal care: brushing teeth, washing hair, dressing/undressing• Toileting, including measuring intake/output• Trach care & oral suctioning• Tube feeding support
Experience & Requirements• Caregiving experience preferred; RN, CNA, or PCW credential required for pay scale• Must pass a background check• Current flu & COVID vaccinations required
Equipment You’ll Work With• Patient lift/Hoyer• Ventilator (requires trach training)• Cough Assist Machine• Suction Machine• Blood Pressure Cuff
