Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Duties

• Provides day to day support, including but not limited to: Application training, trouble shooting and assistance for all systems.
• Responsible for ensuring users have the correct access to the systems they support.
• Responsible for providing analytical support for existing in house and vendor supplied support systems.
• Coordinates efforts with other IS staff to support IS initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains effective, consistent reporting to IS and Executive management as needed.
• Provides recommendations for IS initiatives that support the user community.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with system development methodology; with the ability to tie these into the use of department standards and policies and procedures.
• Will be required to communicate technical issues throughout all levels within the organization and within the department

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Familiar with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR is highly desired.
• Familiar with softwares Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• CBAP or CCBA certifications are highly desired.
