Project Summary:
This Program Support Analyst role is responsible for assisting in managing customer programs, including project execution & tracking, revenue forecasting, tracking funding and billing and regular corporate reporting on program performance.
Major Areas of Accountability:
• Support programs and Program Managers on multiple programs in meeting program reporting and compliance efforts.
• Responsible for the successful schedule and cost management and analysis of multiple programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in development of the program time phased cost and schedule baselines and analyze program performance (actuals and forecast).
• Collect data to monitor and maintain schedule versus baseline, along with cost versus baseline including EAC (estimate at completion). Provides reports and updates to the team.
• Make recommendations to program team for cost compliance.
• Responsible for end of month/quarter/year accrual and other financial activity
• The analyst will assemble financial data and prepare reports in program specific formats.
• Assists in preparation of program review documents and customer required documents
• Supports updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and required documents associated with internal and contract changes.
• Work with customers to process contracts, change orders, program issues, and to identify opportunities for new funded project scope.
• Support pricing, program finance, financial planning and analysis activities.
• Support purchase order, contract and change notice entry, billing reviews and track line items to closure.
• Provide new customer and subcontractor set-up support.
• Track program/project against its schedule and budget, and against phase review objectives.
• Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
• Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
Required Qualifications:
• Education - BS in Finance Degree or business-related discipline.
• 1-5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Advanced experience in Excel.
• Excellent organization skills and work ethic.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with finance and accounting tools such as NetSuite.
• Experience with Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
• Light travel when requested.
• This role could be onsite in our Bloomington, MN or remote.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Semiconductor Industry experience.
The annual salary range for this role is $75,280 - $112,920. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
