About the role

We are currently looking for individuals to join our Respiratory Care Department at University Hospital. Opportunities are available in both full-time and part-time roles.

This position exists to supports the department by being the exemplar resource in abilities, ownership, and maintaining the standards of service for their team members and other colleagues needing guidance in the area of Respiratory Care.

• Requires current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the state of Indiana.
• Requires graduation from a CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) and regionally accredited respiratory care program.
• Requires RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential by the NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care).
• Requires Healthcare Provider certification in BLS.
• Requires ACLS; PALS; and/or NRP certification according to your area of specialty. Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Requires 2 years minimum experience in Respiratory Care.
