Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Scrum Master under the DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract supporting the OSINT Integration Center (OSIC).

If so, you could be our next Project Coordinator/Scrum Master working primarily at our client location in Bethesda, MD.

As the Project Coordinator/Scrum Master, you will work directly with the DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) POSTMAN Experience Team (PXT)  to support a variety of management oversight activities and practices with a team of about highly motivated, technical individuals who work in a collegial, collaborative work environment Our program advances the state of the art in mission-focused big data analytics tools and micro-service development spanning the breadth of Agile sprints to multiyear research and development cycles. While the work is primarily conducted on-site at our client location in Bethesda, MD, we offer a flexible schedule and, occasionally, some tasks may be performed remotely. Tasks will include, but not limited to, the following: 

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and project management support to POSTMAN Experience Team 

  • Perform as a Scrum Master in our SAFe Agile team structure, organizing task boards, coordinating tasks with other scrum teams, and clearing blockers for PXT team members. 

  • Onsite customer interaction support 

  • Ensure consistent lines of communication with customer support staff and PMO and monitor delivery/result statuses of program needs. 

  • Certain tasks or issues may be unclear and may require understanding of a broader set of issues – self-initiated outreach to team members is required in these circumstances. 

  • You will proactively collaborate with DTP team members, customer staff, and IC Users to understand requirements, the novel application and use of technology, and to develop and apply outcome-based approaches. This is a great position for a current or former intelligence analyst or intelligence instructor that is driven to 1) help others, 2) develop tradecraft, 3) solve problems, 4) and is enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys working with people.  

 To be successful in this role you need these skills: 

  • Must possess TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph 

  • BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience maybe substituted for degree.   

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail  

  • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and able to accomplish tasks under limited supervision 

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
